1、签订合作协议，确定进口设备清单明细资料。

2、发货前，确认好设备生产商，排放，使用年限，原产国等信息。

3、确定信息的同时，安排中检；

4、货物打包、包装整理完毕后，国外供货商（或我司）负责安排国外提货运输至近的出口港口，做完国外出口报关手续后，装柜上船，海运至国内港口，同时办理机电z

5、货到码头后，换单提货，安排进口口岸的报关报检等通关手续。

6、海关放行后，送货，并且安排属地商检老师实地验货，验货完毕无误后，货物方可正常使用。
