1、客户提供车辆VIN号码

2、我公司根据VIN号码确认可以报关，并签订《代理报关合同》。

3、客户自行将购买车辆运到*港口，并给我公司提供如下文件：

A：车辆的箱单的扫描件；

B：提单的扫描件（如车辆未办理电放，则必须提供提单原件）；

C：invoice的扫描件；

D：车窗纸的扫描件。

 

自动进口许口证（向外经贸局申领）：

申领的资料如下：

1、《外商投资企业进口汽车申请表》（须盖鲜章并填写企业真实联系电话和联系人，并经该企业法人签章），一式二份；

2、《外商投资企业批准证书》复印件

3、营业执照复印件

4、验资报告复印件
